He was arrested, with 4 others (out of a much larger crowd) for second degree riot but no charges ended up being filed."Kaine was arrested Saturday by St. Paul Police and booked into the Ramsey County jail on probable cause of felony riot. According to St. Paul Police, Kaine was part of a group of about 100 counter-protesters, some of whom set off fireworks and smoke bombs inside the Capitol." Kaine's other son is a Marine. I wonder if the brothers get along, you know, as they don't in The Public Enemy, one son's a gangster; the other a trolley car conductor. |
