If parents cannot speak for their children, I guess we should just ignore the parents of Benghazi attack that spoke at the Republican convention. Although they cannot know precisely what their son was thinking as he sacrificed his life to save additional casualties, I am sure that topic probably came up in conversation at some point when he discussed wanting to join the military. If I were a parent whose child wanted to enter the military that is a question I would ask of him/her. |
