The Obama administration has frequently attempted to stifle the speech of those who want to manage their activities in accordance with their religion and fought for unconstitutional limits on the 2nd Amendment.LOL. The Obama Administration enacted the Washington DC and Chicago gun statutes? That's all that has been overturned by the Court. Numerous other very stringent statutes, including CT, NYC, and NYS statutes, have been left standing as a result of active decisions by the Court not to hear challenges. And what's this about stifling speech? They want employers to pay for contraception. They don't require the employers to approve of it. |
