He was also a husband, father, grandfather, etc. They did not choose for him to have the views he did. I am only mentioning that since you have brought up his views. Having met him, he was a great person with an amazing sense of humor and, at the time, an unrivaled understanding of the Constitution even if you disagreed with his theories of jurisprudence. Out of respect for those he left behind, even if you hated the man you should not cheer his death on a public message board. What you do in private is, of course, up to you. |
