I know that. Being able to pay a professional to handle any of it, however, signifies wealth and that makes him disqualified until after assets have been liquidated.

He could declare bankruptcy as well. That could offer some protection from creditors. He obviously isn't in one, since he'd have to show up at Federal court to process one, and he'd have been arrested right then and there.

Once he's actually broke, and not on papaer, but through liquidation, then the public can cover his legal fees. Until then, he's just a RW hater running another con job.
