The executive branch doesn't own the landAw, how Socialist of you. The "whole people" own the land in the same way that "socialist property" was owned by "the State, that is the whole people" in the USSR? The Bureau of Land Management is a division of the Department of the Interior, an executive branch agency. They just asserted their ownership. The Supreme Court rules on the constitutionality of those laws and on the legality of applicable executive orders That is not part of the USSC's powers. And there is no constitutionality of "executive orders" as if they were decrees; furthermore, the existence of the Department of the Interior is a violation of Article 4 Section 3 Clause 2. |
