But its still land, which could renew if left to and be useable if properly managed once again.Then he owns structures and machinery which can be sold, as it has value. Has a house. It's got value, all real estate has value. Chances are the original mortgage has been paid off, he's been living there quite some time. We know he has a gun collection. That could produce revenue when sold off. Vehicles, furnishings, household silver and jewelry. I'm sure he could squeeze enough out of it after creditors and those grazing fee liens are satisfied. He had a cashflow producing concern there, didn't he? |
