Are you incapable of reading?She never said that killing a viable fetus is an OK thing to do. She just said a fetus, even if viable, isn't a baby. And that is legally correct. It's not a baby until it's born; it's a fetus. It's still a very serious crime to kill that fetus, and no one said differently. |
