They really shouldn't be having any children, unless they are citizens.How would this policy be enforced? 1. Mandatory abortion 2. Mandatory deportation 3. Mandatory chastity belts Making pregnant while a non-citizen a crime requires additional government intervention. Mandatory monthly pregnancy tests would be required to determine illegal pregnancies in a timely manner. Should these tests be covered by the government? Should only the mother be penalized. What about DNA tests to confirm the father's identity? Should all male immigrants submit a saliva swab as well as their finger prints, when entering this country? The deportation process is exceedingly slow. Additional judges, court houses, etc. would be required to compress the deportation process to be contained within the gestation period. |
