Thats why it's important to learn either get college educated or learn marketable skills. To me the real issue is if there are decent opportunities and access in communities of color for this to happen. For example decent schools preparing kids for college or apprenticeship programs. Or goals shouldn´t be to be compete for low skilled jobs.Lets call it what it is birthright citizenship was never a problem when immigrants were coming from the 'old world'. |
