Somehow, I seriously doubt that two agents apiece from each of the five federal agencies listed, is "federalizing"...NYC has feds of every description, in large numbers, working with the NYPD every day, as they have been for decades. NYC is still very much its own municipal entity, five kingdoms making up a single realm, despite hundreds of federal agents working with the city's cops.Ten federal agents do not a takeover make, nor do hundreds. |
