As for “transgendered” vs. “transgender people:” The euphemism treadmill moves so quickly that it’s hard to keep up. It’s stupid to dismiss out of hand this person’s arguments due solely to his use of a slightly outdated term, especially one that closely resembles the currently acceptable term.
