See, I'd love to turn his logic around on him but unfortunately he's (a) too dim to understand it anyway and (b) too privileged to have any common reference frame. The whole point of white privilege is that it's invisible; "how would you like it if all of society declared you subhuman simply because of some irrelevant physical trait, to the point that anyone could kill you and get away with it" doesn't mean anything to a white person unless they get a detailed explanation that Bill simply isn't smart enough to comprehend. |
