If your mom feels that she's being discriminated against, she falls under Title VII and has lots of legal remedies available. I'm encouraged by the next to the last sentence in your message as seem to understand that if you want to get off the dole, there is no difference between parties. As for the last line of your post, that's a cop-out. There are plenty of jobs available if you are willing to walk the walk. Since this is a transit based site I'll tell you that every entry level job at the TA can lead to a management position. You just need to knock on the door and pay your dues like the rest of us. |
