The left (Nazis, fascists, even commies) has tainted phrases such as "white pride". It will be perpetually associated with such segments, which are typically openly antisemitic.Of course, they are not as honest about the phrase "black pride" having similar connotations in a great number of contexts—more often than acknowledged. (Beat you to it, losers)
