Hispanics that are assimilated, as they have been, and as they do better and better have often not predictably voted Democraticly, such as Blacks do. Also, if I am not mistaken, Hispanics are a bigger percentage of population than Blacks are.
It's more the poorer Hispanics, that look for handouts, that blindly vote Democratic.

Interestingly, the Democratic elite use the poor as pawns to keep them elected.
