My daughter is in the healthcare field and her cost for her family plan has increased. I have several friends who also have higher deductibles and higher copays, not to mention higher rates.Most health care employers provide employer-sponsored health insurance. The same is likely true of your friends as well, unless they work in very small companies or are self-employed. In that case, Obamacare has had an extremely small effect on the cost of the plan. Most changes in cost have been due to employer decisions about how much cost sharing employees should take on. |
