Re: You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means

That makes no sense whatsoever.

Those words were typed by you. To use the vernaicual, they came from your lips, not mine. Never said it, never implied it.

What do you mean by "pressure?"

This instance that Wilson be held accountable for his actions. You're doing it right now.

Or, for that matter, "people like you?"

You, meaning people like you, who have little to no factual (and I mean actually factual) knowledge of the events that transpired, ether on that street or in the Grand Jury room, yet act like you were there, watching it.

It's clear that the grand jury was "God-damn sure" that murdering black people is always legal, since that's the decision they made.

Murdering Black people is never legal. No one in this case was murdered, so why do you keep insisting on using that word?

Webster's defines murder as:
the crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice aforethought

(the following are simply for example's sake)

You and another guy get into a fight in a bar and you end up stabbing him with a beer bottle= Not murder.

You see a guy making moves on your girlfriend in a bar, wait outside till he leaves and then stab him with a beer bottle= Murder.

That's the point I've been trying to make.

Look, I've studied law college. I have a BA in Political Science ("arts" in a "Science", I'm still trying to figure that one out). I'm not speaking here as an "ass-hole with an opinion", this is the field I've trained in. The only reason I haven't persuaded it further was my mom got sick right as I was finishing (and my dad having died while only two year earlier), causing me to have a mental breakdown...

If I may ask, you went to college, right? No, wait, yes, that's how I first met you, the college free week on NJT. What was your science course in college?

Want to know mine?

Mine was FORENSICS. I did CSI style lab work for four credits.

Look, here's the deal. Show me how I'm wrong. Show me Why I'm wrong. I dare you. All I've gotten out of you are words with no substance. A "white Grand Jury thinks killing blacks is legal" is not substance. It's opinionated fluff. What was Brown doing? What was Wilson doing? Cold hard information. That's what I want. That's all I've wanted.
