It wouldn't surprise me if the entire world recognized it. Hell, I'd be happy to recognize it too if it meant that the Palestinians were ready to finally lay down their weapons and become a civilized, peaceful people determined to improve their lives and the lives of their children, and show themselves to be ready to join the family of nations.But that's not what's going to happen. It's going to be, at best, another Lebanon, a weak entity dominated by foreign powers. |
