No, it's American, not European. All European countries tax based on residency only, not citizenship. In fact, the only country that I'm aware of, other than the US, that taxes based on residency or citizenship is Eritrea.I don't recommend challenging me on this one - I have been working in the International Tax area for over 20 years. subfan |
