Your smug and sarcastic remarks not withstanding, you are not even close to being on point. You and your liberal ilk fail to learn from history. Back when HIV was new and it was thought to be confined to the Gay Community it was a horrible disease but contained in that community. Then they found out that the IV drug users were not only at risk but as likely or more likely to catch the disease. Still it was contained in those communities and people felt safe. Then married men who were either bisexual or recreational IV drug users or women who associated with High risk people brought it home to their traditional marriage homes. Then infected women began passing it on to their new-borns and there you have an epidemic.Now if you are so smug and short-sighted to think that the CDC or medical science knows all they need to about Ebola - about which groups are at risk - about how it's transmitted - about the exact moment when a person becomes contagious, you are fooling yourself. Now that the CDC has backed off on its' "Breech of Protocols" comment, we need to know a few more things. 1) How did this nurse catch the disease? 2) What about the 10 or 15 people she was in contact with before she was hospitalized 3) What about the 10-15 people each of them were in contact with 4) What about the 10-15 people each of them were in contact with Of course, I doubt that you get the point but some others might. |
