Wrong...California is.

The climate for a female remains hostile to this day. One cannot expect to thrive in a place where rights are still restricted. Texas does NOt lead the way in enabling people to reach their full potential.

The fact that there are about a million uninsured that qualify for Medicaid yet their gover(or)ment doesn't see that their health is just as important as anyone else's and refuses to comply with the law to see they get coverage the law entitles them to.
