The only problem being that it was NOT a chokehold. ANY halfway decent defense attorney will blow holes in this case. NOW, the real question is will they sacrifice the cop to appease the Court of Public Opinion, no matter how correct or wrong they happen to be.AND, some neophytes ARE arguing with some lawyers and the police here. |
