I understand the system perfectly well, which is why I'm in favor of the full DC circuit hearing the case before it heads to SCOTUS, as the two circuits may well end up in concurrence making a SCOTUS hearing moot at least for now.The RW haters are pressing a rush to justice since they think they can win at SCOTUS. That's always a possibility given its RW leaning majority. That lives are on the line never concerns them. |
