Because they didn't steal anything.Besides that the BOA responsibility is because of Countrywide which they bought after the recession and at the encouragement of the US govt because it was feared that Countrywide becomming insolvent would worsen the crisis. Then BOA gets sued but don't complain. The whole thing is very strange. They must be getting something out of it and probably at our expense. |
