I lived about 8 miles from Ferguson."Say Dave....I have lived all of my life here in New York State and since 1984 I have lived in Bayside, Queens, NYC. I have also lived in Nassau County where I was born. The point here is, the word "qualified" is a LIMITED expression since I don't know everything that goes on in places where I have lived at. So you see, the word "qualified" is taken like " a grain of salt. " OK? get my point? |
