There was a small town about 10 miles south from where I lived. On a section of road that went by a frozen custard stand that was extremely popular in summertime, the town lowered the speed limit to 15 mph. What was even worse is that you didn't see the speed limit sign until rounding a curve and by then it was too late.There were always two cop cars permanently stationed there who did nothing but write tickets. |
