It may have been written wrong but what he meant was not unclear and it did not make him sound ignorant. The reason for this is, like I said, that it is obvious that the shooting was not alleged and it is obvious that the "alleged" part is referring to "resisting arrest".Yes, everyone is held to the same standard. This is a simple and obvious word placement issue. |
