Look at the markets where most Jews in the USA live...NYC, LA, Chicago, and in Florida. Outside of the Chicago (because it serves Indiana, a swing state), and Florida, Republicans haven't really tried to garner the Jewish vote through campaigning.

But look at Oakland County, Michigan. That's where Jewish people live in Detroit. Used to be solidly Republican. Only time the Democrats won it in a Presidential election was the year after JFK got shot. Since 1996, it has swung decisively Democrat. Something's gone wrong there.
