Such is not necessary for a business to survive and thrive. It's also the reason why there is such high public support for onerous corporate tax rates. If businesses whine about the US corporate tax rates being so high, they ought to realize their models are ripping the consumer off, and the consumer KNOWS this.The most popular tax ever passed was the windfall profits tax of the 1970s. |
