I suspect the doctors he's talking to are original "private practice" doctors with their own office and maybe one or two partners tops. The insurance companies and all the paperwork they required put the kibosh to those kind of doctors years ago, and forced them into "groups" ... groups don't pay as well as you could do hanging out your own shingle because the administrative costs are higher for groups.That's about the only complaint I can see and that was already happening before more people got insurance under Obamacare. |
