Depends on what "dissenting" IS.If it's the typical horseshit we hear out of today's RW, like just cut taxes, subsidize the wealthy, take away rights, nose in on every conflict around the globe then no. If it's a positive contribution then let's hear it. But that by no means guarantees it should or will be incorporated into law. The clock isn't toing back, and rights sould be enhnced, not taken away. |
