Not really, unless you were being evasive with your own reply. The both of us do not believe in rounding anybody up over their political beliefs - we do wish folks would really examine what they're being told because the right is being spoonfed some serious bullshit that even a small amount of thought would reveal that what they stand for is absolutely not in their own best interests.But you did suggest that we need "fewer liberals" ... so what does that mean? Should those of us who are not far right start packing our stuff and get ready for a train ride or such? That IS what that implies. And when it was challenged, you came back expecting that righties should be packing instead. That ain't how "loyal opposition" works. But where we're coming from is that all this divisive nonsense lets the real crooks get away with it while we're fighting each other instead. |
