Considering that we spend more on our military than every other country in the world combined, I think there's plenty of room for cuts.In fact, there's not a lot of room for military. Conventional wars are more or less obsolete; today's threats come from hackers, economic approaches, and criminals, none of which can be solved by sending soldiers to occupy them. |
