" If the merchant dealing with pennies wastes you more than 4 seconds in line, both they and you have lost more productivity than the penny is worth."This is an interesting thought considering that nonsense everyone does in front of me wasting a lot more than 4 seconds. I think we need to eliminate change altogether and round to the nearest dollar. |
