You've managed to piss off a lot of people who tend not to agree on a lot of things here. To me, that suggests that it is YOU who is the problem, not the rest of us. The fact that I have posted reasoned arguments and the variety of pissed off people responded with playground insults suggests otherwise. No matter how offensive you, Chris, or Olog get I still maintain my composure and, though I may lace them with a few barbs, I still confine myself to logical arguments. That so many people have abandoned even the pretense of reason and maturity in favour of spewing insults like grade schoolers reveals a lot more about my opposition than the fact that they supposedly disagree on a lot of issues. My recollection is a bit shaky, but when I was in first grade, one would have a hard time of finding two people in my class who agree on who the best superhero is, and yet the entire class would quickly reach unanimous agreement on the mental vacuity of anybody who claimed we should pay attention in math because we'd need those skills later in life. Well, unanimous except me, at any rate. I was an "assholish troll" back then too. |
