Now do you righties see why dumbass had to go there? These issues were solved by many of us coders years ago, but the Mozilla board has gone out of their way over the past couple of years in pissing off those of us who gave them solutions for FREE. Instead, Eich and Andreesen (he's the OTHER problem there, trying to monetize instead of fix) have been spending their efforts on trying to raise money for themselves on Wall Street.There's plenty of other holes yet to be filled in there and if they toss Andreesen out next, many of us might give them a second shot at their original, primary mission. BTW, Vupen is no great operation either - they're in the business of monetizing those exploits and selling them to the highest bidder - usually the Chinese and Russkies. They only let these ones out the door because the AV industry already knew about them. |
