" And yes, of course property values are mentioned...that's precisely why they don't want it in their neighborhood."Really? what concern is that? what about the housing project that sits at the corner of College Point Blvd and Roosevelt Ave? It sits right across a new hotel and a new mall/luxury condos.....or the QueensBridges House in LIC that sits near NEW apartment with high-rents and high-price tags.....it does not seem to bother them for developing the area. |
