But blacks don't do anything against religious beliefs.You don't seem to be getting it. The law allows businesses to turn away anybody as long as they claim it's because of "religious beliefs." They don't have to explain what those beliefs are, and courts are specifically barred from challenging the legitimacy of religious beliefs anyway. Racists will ban black people because they're racist, and the law allows them to do exactly that as long as they say "I did it for religious reasons." |
