Anyone who isn't white. Duh.Lacking white skin yourself hardly immunises you from supporting white supremacy. In fact, in societies where racism is particularly rampant, some individuals of oppressed races will deliberately embrace racism in the hopes of being declared "honorary whites," and exempted from (at least some of) the discrimination that the colour of their skin would normally subject them to. |
