How so, if hardship cases would be provided at no charge.When you say "provided at no charge," you mean that people would be reimbursed for the wages they lost from taking time off to gather up documents, go to the office, apply for the ID, and demonstrate hardship? And they'd be reimbursed for any expenses incurred in the process? You clearly have no idea what it's like to be poor. |
