There are already laws in all 50 states dealing with a Kermit Gosnell situation. This was a clever way to limit abortions. Besides the unintended consequence of people going black market for abortions they're going to have anyway, I wonder if now other medical procedures that non-doctors have been performing will be scrutinized.your pal, Fred |
