If you are marching on 1st amendment grounds I doubt you can censor the messages displayed by your marchers.Can we have some real evidence of this, other than "I doubt". Obviously, the parade gets a permit from the city. There has to be order to the parade, of who lines up where, and so forth. There is structure to it. I am sure that's all involved in the permit. A group can't just jump into the parade mid route and begin marching. |
