Always sounded racist to me.Do you think minorities might stay away thinking it's for white people based on the name? In other news I've gained 8 pounds in the last 10 days. Up to 202. I've been gaining muscle, but I think that most of it is fat. Stay away from the internet for two weeks and you'll drop some pounds. You'll know it's fat if your jeans are too tight. I was 215 but now I'm 216 sometimes 217 in the morning. I have not lifted weights in three weeks but did sprints last two weeks. Sprints are supposed to burn fat but I don't know. They are hard on the body and have high rate of injuries to the hams, shins, lower back, and feet. I'll do them one more week and see how I feel. Hate hitting a plateau. |
