Gay and lesbian GROUPS are excluded if the organizers choose to exclude them. They can exclude anyone who could portray a message the organizers don't want to. Going with the old lie that gay and lesbian PEOPLE are excluded all together does not help your case. Gay, Irish and a cop? march with the cops. Or they could march with a community group. I do not understand this insistence to march as a organization based around sexual identity anyway.

It has been established, through a unanimous decision, as the organizers constitution right, under freedom of association, to pick and choose what groups are represented.

"One important manifestation of the principle of free speech is that one who chooses to speak may also decide what not to say.
