It is conjecture to say that he was for it because he signed the billIt can be inferred quite readily from his past and his own statements. What's conjecture is that he was in any way against the notion of interstate highways, especially due to the lack of any proof and his verbal statements in favor. Never mind the fact that it bears his name. |
