I bet you won't see any strong anti-gay initiative in FL, VA, OH, or PA in 2016 as a get-out-the-vote tool.GOP tried to ban welfare funded abortions in FL in 2012. I did not work. But if they tried a ban on same-sex marriage it might have worked again in 2012 as it did in 2008. Same-sex marriage issue seems more important to GOP voters while abortion is thought to be important but in reality, it isn't. It's silently supported by many on the right. |
