I don't think private citizens should be forced to do anything legal that they don't want to, but in order to get civil immunity you should have to prove that you had a reasonable and sincere religious belief that is being infringed and that you are not selectively choosing which religious beliefs draw your ire. It should not be for the Plaintiff to have to disprove |
