Blacks are more than THREE times less likely to own a car vs white households. 7% to 24%.No, what you posted elsewhere was that blacks are 3 times more likely not to own a car: 24% vs 7%. So 76% of blacks and 93% of whites own a car. So blacks are about 18% less likely to own a car. |
