So you think denying healthcare access to millions (which would now include YOU under the old rules) is preferential to change?Businesses are not simply investment portfolios. Many still provide goods and services, which require various skill levels of labor. It is in the business' interest to ensure they have a healthy capable labor supply. In economically stressed times such as the present we may see an increase in part time work, but that is simply a reaction to lower demand, and those employees will find their hours increased as economic stability returns. None of this has much if any bearing on benefit packages. If many receive subsidies for purchasing insurance now, bear in mind that will less likely be the case in a robust economy. May President Hillary Clinton bring us one. Basically, your thinking is stagnant. |
